Outrigger Royal Kahana

The Outrigger Royal Kahana is a popular, high-rise beachfront property located on a sandy swimming beach in the Kahana area of West Maui. This condominium has comfortably furnished units and the amenities include a heated pool, free tennis courts, fitness center, cabana, 4 BBQ's, activity desk and a conference room.

The studio, one, and two bedroom units (most oceanview or better) have full kitchens, microwave, dishwasher (except studios), central air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and washer/dryer.

Outrigger Royal Kahana has great views of Lanai and Molokai from the oceanfront units and is within walking distance to many local shops and restaurants. The famous town of Lahaina is a short distance away as is Whaler's Village in Kaanapali. All units are non-smoking. The property will be waterproofing and painting the outer part of the building (facing the ocean side) beginning on April 16, 2012 with a scheduled completion date of July 1, 2012. Work will be done Monday-Saturday from 8AM-4PM. They will be doing the Molokai side of the building first. During the work, lanai furniture will be removed and those units will have to go out of order for that time. The General Manager and staff will do everything possible to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
