Kauhale Makai (also known as Village by the Sea) is an older oceanfront property located on a sandy, walking beach (not good for swimming, but good for snorkeling) in the Kihei area of Maui. This budget condominium has a nice grassy recreation area suitable for relaxing. The amenities include a pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, putting green, shuffleboard, horseshoes, convenience store, BBQ and central laundry facilities.

The comfortable one bedroom units all have full kitchens, dishwasher, central air conditioning and color TV.
